Any single line on your bank, card or payment account statement: a sale payout, a subscription charge, a refund. If you regularly go over your plan, we'll suggest the right tier rather than charging surprise fees.
Do you file my taxes? +
No. We keep your books accurate and year-end ready, then hand clean reports to your CPA or accountant, who files your return. That usually makes their work faster and cheaper.
Which software do you use? +
QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you're on spreadsheets today, the setup add-on moves you over.
Is there a contract? +
Month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice and you keep full access to your books.
How do I pay? +
Monthly invoice in USD, paid by card or bank transfer at the start of each month.
